My name is Aaron! I'm from South Texas and discovered Suede through an Instagram account ran by somebody I bought shirts from in 2022/2023. Being a US Suede fan is some tough stuff, but always looking for spots to talk about the band
Im Franco from Argentina. Im into british music since i have memory, you know, the classic ones (queen, bowie, zepp, T REX) and obviously into "brit pop" as well. Im 41 so, i can live the movement, within the same was created and developed, in that atmosphere i found suede, and the band its still with me since then... and i will travel to Chile to see them in concert at the movistar Arena, in march
I'm from Sheffield. I 'discovered' the band very early on. First time I saw them turned out to be Justine's last gig. I wasn't that impressed to be honest, but couldn't believe they were the same band just a few months later who blew my socks off
Hi, I’m Richard. I got into Suede after seeing a TV advert for Singles and recognising a couple of songs - not the best time to get into them! I enjoyed them in their hiatus years safely assuming I would never get to see them live or experience new releases.
Hi everyone. Excited to be part of this group. My name is Jo and I’m a Brit living in the US. I first saw Suede on TOTP with one of their first singles but really sat up and took notice when Stay Together was released. It’s still one of my favourite songs and I listen to it daily. I’ve loved them ever since.
I was 15 in 1996. I was casually watching MTV, not really paying attention, until Beautiful Ones came on. It was love at first listen, as if this was the band I had been waiting for all along. Then I heard Animal Nitrate, and that was it—I knew they were the chosen ones! From that moment on, they never left me. Every stage of my life has been shaped by their songs—through both joy and sorrow. So many of their songs bring back memories of different moments in my life.
Hi I'm Rachel and I discovered Suede when She's In Fashion came out but they were just another band who I knew a handful of songs by until 2018 when I dug deeper. They've been my favourite band ever since :)
Discovered Suede at about 16 during a spell of buying up anything in the rock and indie world that was cheap on CD. Countless listens of DMS later and here we are! Thankfully the band came out of hibernation at roughly the same time!
Hi!! I am Sam (not the Sam, but a Sam) and I first heard Suede when Pigs was in the charts, I was 11. In 1996, a boy made me a mix tape with Trash as the opening tune. I bought Coming Up, and in 1997 found a cassette of DMS with "that PIgs song on it". That tape didn't leave my walkman for a long time :)
In Robert from Scotland been a fan since 1992. First seen them 94 in Aberdeen, although I'm a big Rock / Metal /Thrash fan I have always lived Suede as I believe love for music holds no boundaries.
I just love " the suede sound " and don't know any other band like them. They are unique and special.
Anyway as said Robert from north east Scotland, feel free to say hello
Hi, I'm Veerle. I knew Suede in the nineties, but wasn't very impressed. Fast forward to 2020, when I watched the documentary on tv and thought: 'Hey they did have good songs'. The day after that I listened to The Blue Hour and was obsessing over that record for months. The rest... is history.
heyyyyy i’m jaden i discovered suede in 2021 when my friend told me to listen to them and then i went to their us tour in 2022 and became hooked on them!!
